1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Bayesians, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the ‘Friday’ mobile application and its related services (collectively, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy is also an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

2. The Service

The Service is a personal diary application that provides reminders via a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and WebRTC based interface at user-designated times to assist you in creating and storing text-based diary entries.

The Service is currently provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or introduce new paid features, at any time.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

• Age Requirement: The Service is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older.
• Account Creation: You must register for an account to use the Service. You may register using a third-party service, such as Google or Apple ("Third-Party Account"). By doing so, you authorize us to access the necessary information (such as your email address) from your Third-Party Account to create your account with us.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Third-Party Account. You agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account with our Service.

4. User Content

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the text-based diary entries and other content you create in the Service ("User Content").
• Limited License to Us: In order to operate and provide the Service, you grant Bayesians, Inc. a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

• Billing: Some features of the Service may be offered as automatically renewing subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, the payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase. For more information, visit: https://support.apple.com/HT202039.
• Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds: Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscriptions. Please contact Apple Support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
